This is a really tasty spot to stop by after shopping. I had the yellow tail for the first time and enjoyed the freshness of it combined with a salad, their original uroko sauce as well as spicy miso. The atmosphere is really nice with plants and has ample seating areas for small groups. I will definitely be back here when I am in the area.

I appreciate the quantity of food they give and the corresponding price. The fish taste fresh. They also offer a variety of other items on the menu. The indoor seating is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The servers are pleasant and kind. Although parking may be difficult to find, it is for sure one of the best poke places that I've been to.

great experience . i was on vacation so this was my first time here . the guy whom helped me was very kind and patient. he seen that i didn’t really know what i wanted so to keep the customers behind me from waiting on my indecisiveness i was just going to order one of their volcano bowls (it was an already put together option they would make) but he insisted that i create my own bowl using their option and he literally stated β€œ r u sure you don’t want to make your own bowl it’s pretty simple and i’ll walk you through it” and sure enough he did just that and made it so much easier and less anxiety for me. so a huge thank you to him! any time i go back to costa mesa i will forsure stop here again. the food is fresh and phenomenal :)

My friends and I love their poke! Only reason a star was deducted is because they're a bit on the pricey side ($16 for two scoops) and limit the mix-ins to 6. The sauces are good (though I definitely recommend mixing multiple and asking for extra if you like your poke saucier--my friend's was a little dry this time) and their salmon is always super fresh! I tried their unagi for the first time yesterday and it was just okay; I wish it had a bit more flavor but it was still a fun option and great for someone who doesn't like raw fish! I got lucky yesterday, but the parking lot was packed the other time I came--they seem to be really busy around lunch time, and their parking lot is pretty small. Overall, though, this was my second time here and I'll probably be back again!
